The two were frequently seen together in photos and videos, closely bonded, but it was ultimately not to last. On Tuesday, November 12, 2024, Zuchu revealed through her social media that she and Diamond Platnumz had decided to go their separate ways. In an open letter shared on her platforms, Zuchu confirmed that the breakup was mutual and amicable.
Said “After three years in a relationship with Nasib (Diamond), we have decided to end it. This decision was made in mutual agreement.” Zuchu also explained that they still have a music project together that will be released soon, so fans should not be surprised when it comes out. “We have a song project that will be out soon, so don’t be surprised when you see it,” she added. Zuchu concluded by wishing her former partner, Diamond, all the best, saying, “Best wishes, Simba.”
Back in June, Zuchu had expressed her desire to have children with her partner. She made this announcement while wishing Diamond a happy Father’s Day, thanking him for being a good father.
“Happy Father’s Day to my dear friend. Truly, you’re an amazing dad. When I see how you care for your children, it makes me want to have children with you as well,” she said at the time.
At that point, Zuchu had explained that the reason she hadn’t yet had children with Diamond was that their relationship hadn’t been formalized legally.
