This new woman is added to the list of many others who went to court P.Diddy who spent four months in prison on charges of rape, trafficking of girls and threatening his accusers.
In her complaint, the woman, who has been given the name Jane Doe for her safety, said she met Diddy in 2000 when she was 16 years old and he raped her.
She said she met the rapper in Manhattan when she was leaving her babysitting job, this time Diddy was in a car with two other men who looked like his employees giving her a 'lift' due to Diddy's pressure and she agreed. but he was surprised to see that they did not take him to their home but to his house.
In the documents of this complaint seen by TMZ, the woman stated that when Diddy brought her to his house, he first gave her a lot of alcohol, after he was too drunk to call out, he saw her sexually assaulting her.
Among the reasons he said that he did not report the abuse right away, was that he was still afraid of what would happen to him because Diddy assured him that he would have someone to tell him that would affect him.
P. Diddy was arrested on September 16, 2024, where he is being held in the Brooklyn prison in New York, where he is awaiting his trial on April 5, 2025.
