P Diddy has been charged with several counts of sexual assault after being denied his $50 million bail.
P Diddy's petition was dismissed on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, after his lawyers led by Mr. Marc Agnifilo requested that their client be released pending trial.
Attorney General Emily Johnson stated that P Diddy's release was not possible because it would cause fear in the community and he could escape justice.
After this decision, P Diddy's lawyer, Mr. Marc Agnifilo, told reporters that they are not satisfied with this decision, saying that the fight continues and they will not be discouraged because their client is innocent.
"It didn't go the way we wanted but the fight is still going on because our client is innocent," he said.
"I'm not guilty," P Diddy said when asked to plead by Judge Robyn Tarnofsky.
It is while in the last 6 months, the prosecutor Damian Williams, announced that the security forces, when they went to search P Diddy's house, they found many guns and bullets and more than 1000 bottles of 'Baby oil'.
P Diddy founded Bad Boy Records and became a world-renowned artist, having helped various artists including Usher, Mary J Blige and Notorious B.I.G since the 2000s.
