The best player of the year 2023-2024 was Muhire Kevin who chased Rubonega Jean Bosco and Ani Elijah who were competing, where he was awarded 3 million. Muhire Keven scored 6 goals and 11 goals in 22 games he played.

The best coach was Thierry Froger who coached APR FC, where he won the championship without defeat in 30 games, because he won 19 and drew 11. Thierry Froger beat Habimana Sosthène who coached Musanze FC and Afhamia Lotfi who coached Mukura VS.

The top scorers are 2 Nigerians, Victor Mbaoma of APR FC and Ani Elijah who played for Bugesera FC, tied for 15 goals and Aho shared 3 million Frw.

The 2023/24 Champions League Goalkeeper of the Year was Pavel Ndzila of APR FC where he kept 16 clean sheets in 29 games. He hunted the likes of Nicholas Sebwato of Mukura VS and Nzeyurwanda Djihad of Kiyovu Sports.

Among other awards given to the young player, where he became Iradukunda Elie Tatou of Mukura VS, and Tuyisenge Arsene was given as the player who scored a goal in the 2023-2024 game year while Ruzindana Nsoro was awarded as the best referee.

In this event, the role of the media in Rwandan sports was appreciated. Fine Fm's Sam Karenzi was awarded as the best male journalist, while RBA's Ruth was the winner in the Women's category.

During this event, the President of FERWAFA, Munyantwali Alphonse, thanked those who got the awards, saying that this next year of games that will start on August 15th should be characterized by hard work and professionalism.

The President of the Rwanda Premier League, Mudaheranwa Hadji Youssuf, emphasized that giving these awards will lead to more work in the next year of the game. I am confident that the 2024/25 season will be more competitive than the 2023/24 season.”

This is the first time that these awards have been given by the Rwanda Premier League in collaboration with Gorilla Games, because this Rwanda Premier League has been born for one year.
