It is a third-day match that will take place this Saturday at Amahoro Stadium in Remera, where Rayon Sports has put in place various ways to facilitate its fans to watch the match in large numbers.
This plan to facilitate fans to reach Amahoro Stadium, called “UBURURU MU MAHORO”, was announced by Rayon Sports via their social media accounts. It said: “An announcement for Rayon Sports fans who will come to watch the Derby from the provinces!!!
We have prepared a way to facilitate them to come to Kigali!!!
Attached you will find the numbers of the fan coordinator closest to where you are from!!!”
This match, which brings together a large crowd of Rwandans and foreigners, is the second time that the Amahoro Stadium will be held after its renovation, as the first match was held on June 15, 2024, as part of the Amahoro Stadium's evaluation before it was officially opened. The match ended with both teams drawing 0-0 in front of a large crowd of fans.
The Rayon Sports team has made it easier for its fans to come and support it in large numbers, where this system includes a list of Rayon Sports fan representatives in different regions of the country and their phone numbers, considering that the 2024-2025 season will be the first time that these two teams will meet.
Rayon Sports currently lead the league with 26 points while APR FC are in fifth place with 17 points. Before the clash between them, APR FC will play Police FC while Rayon Sports will play Muhazi United in the 12th matchday of the league scheduled for Wednesday.
