Kenny K-Shot announced this on Friday, September 6, 2024, on Rwanda Television news as a weekend guest, where they invite various celebrities to discuss what they do.
When Kenny K-Shot was asked why he decided to do Hip-Hop, he said, "When I was young, I liked to write. When I learned how to write, I asked my mother to buy me a notebook and write down the history of books."
He continued, "It's another place where you listen to music and realize that I like it. I don't like it. I continued to listen to it and then I realized that it was Hip-Hop. What made me love it is the way a person writes a word and repeats it, conveys a message and is understood."
Kenny K-Shot continued to emphasize that he knew there were those who did it and saved them, so he made the same decision.
Kenny k-shot has been doing this music for ten years, but this guy is not the only one who is tired of it, even if some people don't know, he also writes poetry.
He said, “I write poems, the last one I wrote for the swearing in of President Paul Kagamae. It is the church that Urukerereza belongs to and we are crying out to the head of state."
