Furaha Apoline said that since he registered he has not put any effort into this competition, mainly due to the information he learned that he will not be able to get a 'Visa' because even in 2021 he also wants to participate in a competition like the one in South Africa, but he did not get the documents that would allow him to return country

Because South Africa does not issue visas to Rwandans, there was another competition I was participating in in 2021, but I did not go there because South Africa does not issue visas to Rwandans.”

Furaha Apoline also said that he went to the Ministry of Youth and Arts to help him, but it was a sign. He learned that people allowed to go to South Africa "are people who have a Service Passport, and you know that they issue Service Passports, they issue them to people on business missions, that's why I lost my Visa".
He continued saying, “So this time I was there too but because South Africa did not give me a Visa, I really didn't put any effort into it, I was calm. I'm following the progress like everyone else."
This girl announced this while some of the girls who competed in this competition, started arriving in South Africa from this Wednesday, October 2, 2024, and it is an action that continues on this Thursday, October 3, 2024.
Furaha Apoline explained that when he participated in this competition in 2021, he was voted by a large number of Rwandans so that he was confident that he would do well on the last day of this competition but he lacked the documents which made him lose heart.
“Last time I had a very loud voice. They voted very much, I am very surprised, some say that Rwandans do not support their friends, No! They chose me, I feel happy, but I don't go, so they get discouraged. So now I can't ask them to support me and I won't go anyway."
