Mutesi Jolly, who became the Miss Rwandan in 2016, asked his fans to avoid someone who pretends to be on social media and steals money from people.

It's a message he sent on Thursday, October 3, 2024, through his Instagram page, even though the account is not his, it has already tricked people. He also advises people that they should be alert and should not rush to listen to those asking for money.

In a message he posted on Instagram, he said: “I greet my people. I want to let you know that there is an account that is not mine that is deducting money from people in the Great Lakes District, and many people continue to fall into that trap."

Mutesi Jolly apologized to all the people who have been affected by the person's actions, asking people to be careful with who they talk to on the internet.
