Kyle Walker made the announcement after the club's recent run of defeats.
"We know our recent form has not been what we wanted and we know it has been a difficult time. The important thing is that we remain united as a team, as Manchester City, through these difficult times. Your support, whether in good times or bad, helps us a lot."
He continued, "We have won trophies in the last minutes of seasons, and we have made history by scoring 100 points in a year, winning until the last minute. And we have shown time and time again that we can win any game, we will fight until the end."
Kyle Walker is one of the best defenders in the world and started playing for Manchester City in 2017. He joined the club from Tottenham Hotspur. Manchester City have lost six of their last seven games and drawn one, with manager Pep Guardiola recently stating that they are struggling to recover from their current situation.
