Tems was among the top artists representing Nigeria at the prestigious Grammy Awards, widely regarded as the most significant global music honors.
In the Best African Song Performance category, she was up against some of Nigeria’s biggest stars, including Yemi Alade, Asake, Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy. However, she emerged victorious thanks to her hit song "Love Me JeJe," which was released eight months ago.
With this win, Tems made history as the first Nigerian artist to win two Grammy Awards. Her first Grammy came in 2023, when she won the Best Melodic Rap Performance award.
Tems Recently Canceled a Concert in Rwanda

In a message posted on her X (Twitter) account, she announced that she would not be performing in Kigali due to security concerns in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). She expressed doubts about her safety, citing Rwanda's involvement in the ongoing regional tensions.
