The tour will start on November 8, 2024, at UR-CAVM in Busogo, Musanze District. The concerts are expected to also take place in areas like Bigogwe, the University of Rwanda's Huye campus, and will conclude in Nyagatare District. This marks the fifth edition of the IMAwards (Isango na Muzika Awards), organized by the media house Isango Star, which recognizes outstanding performers in the entertainment industry. The awards ceremony will be held on December 22, 2024, at the Kigali Convention Centre.
In 2023, a new tradition began where the awards are preceded by the Isango na Muzika Awards Tour, a series of concerts around the country. While the full lineup of artists competing for this year’s awards and those participating in the tour has not yet been announced, the excitement is building.
